Meet Our Founder – Andre Gheorghiu
With 25 years of experience in the film industry, Andre has worked across multiple departments, from camera and production to on-set video and computer playback operations. Having spent nearly a decade setting up monitors, cueing graphics in sync with actors, and ensuring flawless playback, he saw firsthand the challenges productions faced when dealing with screen-based visuals.
Determined to streamline this process, Andre leveraged his extensive on-set experience to develop MotionPiE—proprietary software tailored for the fast-paced demands of film production. Understanding the technical requirements, industry expectations, and on-set pressures, he built a system that eliminates common playback headaches, offering full control, easy integration, and foolproof operation on any device.
